Staging achieves this goal through knowing who your potential buyer is and preparing the home in a way that appeals to them. My time and dedication to the listing takes the stress off of the homeowner. Realtors can dedicate their time management more freely knowing the listing will be prepared for online marketing. When I am not working with realtors, I am helping homeowners with decorating, designing and paint color consultations.
